Senior Full Stack Developer

• Plan, design, and actively contribute to the development of scalable web and mobile applications in an agile environment, ensuring high performance and maintainability.
• Take ownership of system understanding and share technical knowledge across teams, supporting alignment and engineering consistency.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy alongside senior engineers to support platform evolution and scalability.
• Mentor and support junior developers, providing guidance on best practices, code quality, and technical problem-solving.
• Improve system robustness, resilience, and stability through proactive identification of issues and implementation of enhancements.
• Collaborate on the development and integration of full stack solutions using modern JavaScript and .NET ecosystems.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver reliable, user-focused features in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

You bring strong experience as a Full Stack Developer working across modern web application stacks, with solid exposure to JavaScript and .NET-based environments such as Node.js or .NET Core. You have hands-on experience building and maintaining containerized applications using Docker, and you are familiar with CMS-driven architectures. You are confident designing scalable web solutions and introducing new technologies into existing systems. Your background includes working with relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MSSQL. On the frontend, you have experience with frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue. You are comfortable mentoring junior engineers and communicating technical concepts clearly across teams. A strong understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery-focused mindset is essential.

• Strong experience in Full Stack development using JavaScript and .NET ecosystems (Node.js or .NET Core, Web APIs)
• Experience with containerized environments, especially Docker
• Familiarity with CMS-based systems and web content platforms
• Experience designing and evolving scalable web architectures and systems
• Proficiency with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and MSSQL
• Frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue frameworks
• Experience mentoring junior developers and promoting engineering best practices
