• Design, build, and maintain fullstack product features from early-stage concept through deployment and iteration.
• Collaborate with product, design, and leadership teams to translate user needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead end-to-end engineering projects, ensuring high-quality delivery, maintainability, and performance.
• Contribute to the design and evolution of system architecture, internal tools, and engineering best practices.
• Balance speed and long-term scalability by making pragmatic technical decisions in a fast-moving environment.
• Mentor and support fellow engineers while contributing to a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
• Participate in continuous improvement of development processes, code quality, and system reliability.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with strong fullstack capabilities.
• Strong expertise in either frontend (JavaScript, React or React Native) or backend (Python), with the ability to work across the stack.
• Proven experience owning and delivering complex technical projects or product areas end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of product development and ability to translate user problems into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a strong sense of ownership and autonomy.
• Interest in mentoring others and contributing to team growth and engineering culture.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on building scalable, maintainable systems.
