Senior Server Qualification Engineer, Google Cloud

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience working in a server technical environment, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience in performance evaluation and test development for network, storage, GPU, and memory components.
- Understanding of computer systems (physical, thermal, and software) and familiarity with common interfaces like PCIe, CXL, and I3C.
- Ability to characterize CPU/Memory quality through statistical analysis and perform methodical root-cause failure analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an approach to task follow-through.
