Full-time Physical Therapist (Active or Pending License Required)

At Ivy Rehab, our Physical Therapists have opportunities to pursue multiple professional tracks, including new-grad mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, non-treating roles, clinic leadership, and future clinic partnership opportunities.

With productivity expectations below many outpatient industry standards, we prioritize sustainable practice environments that support high-quality patient care. Compensation:

  • $83,000 to $110,000/year (based on location, experience, certs, etc.)
  • If taking advantage of our clinician bonus plan, you can earn up to an additional $1,192.31 a paycheck ($31,000 annually).
  • Welcome bonuses or student loan repayment offered for this opportunity (up to $10K)

What we look for:

  • A license or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state is required
  • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Eagerness to grow & learn
  • Interest in pursuing a specialty outside of your standard ortho (sports, pelvic, vestibular, peds, neuro, geriatrics, etc.)
  • Team player
