About the Role:

You are a focused, high-energy recruitment specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. At Hims & Hers, the Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a vital role in scaling our specialized frontline healthcare teams, with a primary focus on high-volume Pharmacy Technician hiring.

Reporting directly to our Talent Acquisition Lead, you will own the localized talent pipelines that keep our pharmacy operations running seamlessly. You will manage full-cycle recruitment for certified and trainee Pharmacy Technicians, partner closely with Pharmacy Managers and Pharmacists-in-Charge, and work hand-in-hand with the TA team to deliver a frictionless, candidate-obsessed hiring experience.

You Will:

  • High-Volume Pharmacy Recruiting: Own the end-to-end recruitment process for Pharmacy Technicians (certified, registered, and trainees). Efficiently move large cohorts of candidates through the sourcing, screening and offer stages

  • Pharmacy Partnership: Partner daily with Pharmacy Managers and shift supervisors to understand immediate staffing gaps, coordinate rapid interview loops, and align on weekly onboarding targets

  • Local Pipeline Building: Actively source and build diverse talent pipelines in the Gilbert/Mesa, AZ area. Forge strong relationships with local pharmacy technician schools, community colleges, and vocational programs

  • Compliance & Credentialing: Collaborate with onboarding and compliance teams to ensure all selected candidates meet state board of pharmacy regulations, certifications, and background requirements prior to their start date

  • Process Efficiency: Partner heavily with the TA Lead and the broader Operations TA Team to audit and optimize high-volume hiring workflows, removing friction for candidates and keeping time-to-hire low

  • Data & Recruitment Events: Maintain meticulous data integrity within our ATS. Leverage metrics to track pipeline health and help organize, host, and execute localized hiring events and open houses

  • AI Strategy & Tool Adoption: Strategically leverage AI tools in recruitment to maximize capacity, streamline time-consuming administrative tasks, and enhance overall recruiting capabilities

You Have:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2–3+ years of recruiting experience, with a proven track record in high-volume, fast-paced environments

  • Industry Background: Dedicated experience recruiting Pharmacy Technicians, Healthcare professionals, or Certified/Licensed staff is highly preferred

  • Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with healthcare hiring practices, pharmacy technician licensing, or Arizona State Board of Pharmacy requirements is a major plus

  • Candidate-Obsessed Mindset: Exceptional communication skills with a passion for guiding candidates smoothly through a high-volume interview and compliance process

  • Tools: Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Workday) and high-volume sourcing/engagement tools

  • Location: Ability to work on-site in a hybrid capacity each week at our Gilbert/Mesa facility to maintain a close, active partnership with pharmacy leadership

Our Benefits (there are more but here are some highlights):

  • Competitive salary & equity compensation for full-time roles

  • Unlimited PTO, company holidays, and quarterly mental health days

  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental & vision, and parental leave

  • Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)

  • 401k benefits with employer matching contribution

  • Offsite team retreats

We are committed to building a workforce that reflects diverse perspectives and prioritizes ethics, wellness, and a strong sense of belonging. If you're excited about this role, we encourage you to apply—even if you're not sure if your background or experience is a perfect match.
