Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract)

This person will partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and interviewers to ensure a seamless hiring process. - Partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates to coordinate and schedule interviews
- Work with complex and shifting calendars across multiple time zones and facilitate any schedule changes
- Collaborate with other recruiting coordinators on best practices to streamline scheduling processes
- Help expand our University Program and assist with high-volume scheduling during each recruitment term
- Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
- Participate in intake meetings with hiring managers to understand needs, ensuring alignment between job descriptions, and target candidate profiles
- Help to identify and improve current processes to optimize workflows and make operations seamless
- Support the recruiting team with ad-hoc projects as needed
Minimum Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator or similar role
- 4+ years of overall work experience
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems
