As a Digital HRBP Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Employee lifecycle management: Manage and optimize employee movements (onboarding, hires, terminations, promotions, and lateral moves), ensuring accuracy and compliance with workflows.
- HR operations and benefits: Independently coordinate employee benefit programs (life insurance, savings schemes, pension plans, etc.), manage executive pension plans, and oversee HR operational processes.
- Process automation and optimization: Lead HR digitalization by designing, developing, and implementing automated workflows using Power Automate, Power BI, Forms, and by building internal solutions and applications with Power Apps.
- Change management and Artificial Intelligence (AI): Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools into HR processes (recruitment, people analytics, query resolution, and employee experience) to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge management and collaboration: Design, structure, and maintain collaboration portals and document repositories in SharePoint, ensuring efficient and accessible information management for teams and employees.
We are looking for professionals with a strong hybrid profile (people management and digital technology) who demonstrate the following:
- Proven experience: Minimum of 6 years of progressive professional experience in HR Generalist, HRBP, or HR Administration roles within the Spanish labor framework.
- AI expertise and process improvement mindset: Proven ability to analyze manual processes, propose improvements, and implement automation using AI-based tools.
- Collaboration and influence: Strong ability to work cross-functionally, connect with diverse stakeholders, and act as a bridge between business needs and HR technology solutions.
- Proactivity and attention to detail: High capacity to manage critical and regulatory processes with precision, anticipate risks, and propose innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly, empathetically, and effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Profile
- Education: University degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or Engineering/Technology fields applied to business management. A postgraduate qualification in Digital HR or People Analytics, including verifiable technical training in AI tools, is highly valued.
- Technical expertise:
- Hands-on experience in building workflows with Power Automate and developing low-code applications with Power Apps
- Advanced use and administration of SharePoint collaboration environments
- Practical experience with Artificial Intelligence tools applied to productivity and data analysis
- Languages: Strong English proficiency (minimum C1), with the ability to communicate and influence effectively in an international corporate environment
