In this position... 

In this role, you will define the roadmap for enterprise transformation initiatives, develop plans for onboarding vehicle programs, partner with IT and functional leaders to drive transformative change, and establish the business processes. This leader will perform integrated launch planning, digital risk assessment, value stream mapping, and develop future state business processes.  

What you'll do...

  • Develop integrated roadmap for enterprise capability deployment and program onboarding
  • Integrate and track weekly launch plan, status, and risk management
  • Partner with the functional and IT leaders to deploy capabilities to the enterprise
  • Develop the future state of the end-to-end business process and operational flow for program industrialization across product definition, engineering, procurement, material planning and manufacturing
  • Provide guidelines and standards to individual teams for faster decision making and hold them accountable for the timeline
  • Dive deep into business processes, data, governance, and interconnected IT systems across value stream to identify issues and develop solutions
  • Identify cross-functional process incompatibility and gaps across Marketing, PD, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, etc.
  • Manage cross functional workshops to develop consensus, resolve conflicts, and drive alignment
  • Communicate, help prioritize, and resolve cross-functional issues and drive accountability within individual skill teams 
  • Make difficult cross-functional compromise recommendations and build consensus through clear articulation of the business value
  • Drive organizational change management
  • Leadership report outs to ensure transparent communication on the progress and risks
  • Report to End-to-End Business Process Transformation Director 
  • Manage a small team including external consultants to integrate various cross functional transformational teams

You'll have...

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of experience and expertise with cross-functional automotive industrialization processes (PD, Supply Chain, Manufacturing)
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in value stream mapping and process design
  • 5+ years of experience in key tools used across the value chain (CAD, PLM, ERP, MES, etc.) and leading large groups of process and IT architects.
  • Track record of delivering at least 1 end-to-end complex enterprise and cross-functional transformation

This position is leadership level 5 and ranges from $141,700-$268,300.     

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
