The HR Generalist, North America role serves as a strategic HR partner to managers, supporting business objectives by providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and workforce planning. This role executes HR initiatives, assists with talent development and succession planning, and drives employee engagement and change management efforts across the region. The HR Generalist also guides performance management processes, leverages data to inform decisions, and collaborates closely with HR leaders and shared services to ensure efficient HR operations. Additionally, the position requires strong relationship-building, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset to deliver effective HR solutions and support organizational success.

What You Will Do 

  • Partner with managers to provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and organizational initiatives aligned to business goals.
  • Support workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning to ensure a strong pipeline for critical roles.
  • Implement HR programs and change initiatives, while driving employee engagement through feedback and action planning.
  • Guide leaders through performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
  • Use data and insights to inform decision-making, improve processes, and recommend HR solutions.
  • Collaborate with HR shared services and internal stakeholders to execute transactions and maintain efficient HR operations.


What We’re Looking For 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong foundation in core HR processes and practices


What Will Set You Apart 

  • Experience in employee relations, onboarding, conflict resolution, and supporting diverse business stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and applying data to HR decision-making.
