Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and communicative Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our team. You will be responsible for sourcing potential candidates through various channels, conducting initial phone screenings (Cold Calls), and coordinating interview schedules to support the hiring needs of various business units.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Pipelining:

  • Proactively source passive and active candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and social media.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline, ensuring candidate information is accurate and up-to-date.

Phone Screening & Outreach (Cold Calling):

  • Conduct outbound calls (Cold Calls) to potential candidates to introduce company opportunities and generate interest.
  • Perform initial phone screens to assess basic qualifications, motivation, and salary expectations, ensuring alignment with job requirements.

Interview Coordination & Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between candidates and Hiring Managers, efficiently coordinating and scheduling interviews.
  • Send interview invitations, confirm attendance, and provide resumes and assessment summaries to interviewers in a timely manner.
  • Follow up on interview feedback and assist in moving the recruitment process forward.

Data Management & Compliance:

  • Accurately record candidate status and interaction details in the ATS
  • Ensure the recruitment process complies with company policies and local labor regulations.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Full-time undergraduate). Majors in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business English are preferred but not mandatory.

Experience:

  • 1+ year of experience in recruitment sourcing, telesales, or customer service.
  • Prior experience in an RPO agency, headhunting firm, or an internal TA team is preferred.

Core Skills:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent telephone etiquette; comfortable with Cold Calling; able to communicate confidently and professionally with candidates at various levels.
  • Resilience: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to a results-driven workflow.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities; capable of coordinating interview schedules for multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese. [Add if applicable: Basic English reading and writing skills to handle English resumes and emails].

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiar with major recruiting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Liepin, Zhaopin, etc.).
