The HR Operations Advisor (Kyiv office) is responsible for local execution of operational HR activities, the key HR point of contact to local employees and support implementation of local projects or initiatives.
How you will contribute
- Ensuring the full cycle of HR administration (up to 150 employees for BU), including preparation of all personnel documentation, processes related to employee life cycle in the company (hiring, transfers, absence tracking, change of employment conditions, awarding process, termination, etc.);
- Key point of contact to employee and managers for HR related queries, facilitation in the areas of employee relations, HR portal navigation, policy interpretation and process support requiring face-to-face interaction and hard copy documentation;
- Responsible for updating HR data in local payroll system, corporate HR system (Workday) and personnel files in order to ensure high quality service delivery;
- Ensure compliance with Employment Laws and regulations;
- Provides business with relevant reporting data when necessary;
- Responsible for maintaining up-to-date working knowledge of local labor law and understanding and legal regulations to appropriately apply to related policies and initiatives;
- Collaborate closely with HR, Legal, Finance, and leadership teams;
- Identify opportunities for process optimization & automation, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Escalates business specific queries to the country People Experience Team Lead and functional queries to the relevant functional teams;
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:
- University's degree in Business, Labor Law, Human Resources or related area;
- 3+ years in HR field (including HR Administration) experience with multi-national FMCG or consulting environment;
- Aware of modern HR practices and processes, Labor legislation, HR paper work and employee relations;
- Hands-on experience with military records management
- Proficient PC user: 1C:8 or Master; MS Office; strong knowledge of MS Excel; Workday will be an advantage;
- Drive for result, strong teamwork, pro-active and hands-on approach. Business acumen and ability to see "big picture";
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluent Ukrainian and spoken and written English
