HRIS Analyst
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a HRIS Analyst based in India.
This role plays a key part in supporting and optimizing global Human Resources Information Systems that power critical workforce and payroll operations. You will act as a primary point of contact for HR system users, ensuring smooth functioning of HRIS platforms and accurate employee data management across multiple processes. The position involves working closely with payroll, HR operations, and analytics teams to ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system efficiency. You will contribute to global payroll support, system configuration, and HR data analysis in a fast-paced, international environment. The role also includes building reports and dashboards that enable better decision-making across HR functions. It is ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, data, and process improvement while ensuring operational excellence in HR technology.
Accountabilities:
- Support end-to-end global payroll processing by preparing, validating, and importing payroll-related data into HR systems such as SAP Employee Central and ADP Enterprise V5
- Maintain and update employee data, including direct deposit details, tax withholding changes, and other sensitive HR information
- Generate, maintain, and optimize HR reports and queries using appropriate reporting tools to support business and HR needs
- Monitor HRIS ticketing systems, respond to user requests, and resolve system-related issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist in developing standard reports and dashboards to support ongoing HR analytics and operational requirements
- Ensure data integrity across HR systems by running queries, analyzing datasets, and reconciling information from multiple sources
- Provide production support by troubleshooting HRMS issues, identifying process gaps, and recommending effective solutions
- Collaborate on HR analytics, compensation setup, system configurations, and integration points to support end-to-end HR processes
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HRIS or HR systems roles with strong exposure to HR data management and system support
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience with SAP Employee Central and SuccessFactors HCM is required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (advanced) and Access for data analysis and reporting
- Solid understanding of HR processes, payroll data flows, and HR systems integrations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with relational databases and multiple data sources
- High attention to detail with strong focus on data accuracy and integrity
- Ability to troubleshoot system issues, analyze problems, and propose effective solutions independently
- Self-motivated professional with strong ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work aligned with US time zones when required
