The Senior Organizational Development Consultant - Talent serves as a senior individual contributor responsible for leading assigned enterprise talent and leadership development initiatives. This role partners closely with the Director of Employee Growth and Experience, HR partners, and operational leaders to align work with broader People Team strategy. The role supports talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, senior leader onboarding, leadership assessment, and organizational effectiveness efforts that build leader capability and contribute to a future-ready workforce.

Required Qualifications 

  • The following combination of education/experience will be considered: Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related discipline and at least five years of experience in organizational effectiveness, talent management, and leadership development OR Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related field and at least two (2) years of relevant experience in talent management, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, human resources or a related discipline required.

  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement leadership development programs, talent strategies, or succession planning initiatives required.

  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage executive-level audiences required.

  • Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously with a proactive and collaborative approach required.

  • Experience applying change management principles and stakeholder engagement techniques to drive alignment and adoption of enterprise initiatives required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn and leverage other platforms (e.g., LMS, Press Ganey & Workday) required.

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience administering and interpreting leadership assessments, such as Hogan and CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder), to support development, selection, and succession planning preferred. 

  • Demonstrated experience using data and metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and inform strategy preferred. 

  • Experience developing organizational processes or frameworks in a complex or matrixed environment preferred. 

  • Professional coaching certification or equivalent experience delivering one-on-one or group coaching to leaders at various levels preferred.
