As an HR Manager, you will be a cornerstone of our organization, serving as a key partner to both employees and leadership. You will ensure the seamless delivery of HR services, drive organizational effectiveness through data-driven insights, and lead projects that shape our culture and future. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of compliance and employee engagement.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Effective HR Data Coordinator & Advisor for specific department(s)
• First point of contact for Employee Relations: mastering and driving independently employee experience elements, such as employee relations, relocation & expats, performance management systems, recognition programs, capability building etc., to enable a performance culture, clear and effective policies, systems, and processes that support Business strategies and enable employee peak performance
• Data Reporting, by providing regular and ad-hoc data reports with insights
• Effective communication with various stakeholders and for wide audiences
• Involvement in various other organizational projects and initiatives
• Stewardship and Compliance in relation with the Swiss regulations

Job Qualifications

• You have, or will have completed before starting with us, a Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree with strong academic results
• Proficiency in English language
• Strong analytical skills and integrative thinking
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, responsibility, and discretion in complex situations
• Resilience and ability to navigate emotional or conflict situations with professionalism and empathy
• Proactive and agile mindset, with excellent prioritization skills and a genuine desire to continuously learn and adapt to evolving business needs
• Passion for HR and organizational challenges
