HR Specialist, Spanish Speaker

We are now looking for an HR Specialist, Spanish Speaker to join our Reward and Career Changes team in UPM HR Services, Business Hub Poland in Kraków.

What you will do  

  • Support local UPM units in various administrative tasks related to the employment life cycle and benefits 
  • Co-operate with HR business partners at UPM’s mills and office sites and external stakeholders e.g. payroll or benefits providers 
  • Provide advice to employees or managers related to HR processes, policies, and questions using ServiceNow, phone and chat 
  • Maintain personal, employment, compensation and benefit related data updated in HR system (Workday)  
  • Prepare HR documents and reports 
  • Participate in additional HR projects and initiatives based on current need, your interests and skills 

Who you are 

  • You have a bachelor’s degree (or higher) or equivalent in a relevant field of study
  • You communicate fluently in English and Spanish (role can be adjusted to your language skills and experience). Knowledge of other languages, e.g. German, Finnish, Estonian, Russian, Polish or French are considered an asset
  • You ideally have previous HR experience or interest in developing in this area
  • You are comfortable working with various software and systems
  • You are committed to delivering high-quality service and ensuring stakeholders’ satisfaction
  • You have solid communication skills and a positive attitude
  • You demonstrate accuracy and attention to details

Additional information about the position

This position offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work from home with regular on-site collaboration in Eximius Park in Zabierzów, Kraków area. 

As this role involves collaboration with employees in the Americas, HR Specialists are required to be available for late shifts from 2 PM to 10 PM. You should be prepared to work 2 to 3 late shifts per week.

The position holder will report to Manager, HRSC Reward & Career Changes, Service Manager Employee and Manager Support
