Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and support large‑scale training initiatives within a healthcare environment. This role blends technical expertise, project leadership, and stakeholder engagement to ensure training programs are strategically aligned, well‑executed, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as a technical and management SME for healthcare training initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance in establishing strategic goals, developing project plans, and aligning deliverables with organizational objectives.
• Lead and facilitate trainings, ensuring all technical, operational, and performance requirements are met.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and client stakeholders, supporting decision‑making and driving programmatic alignment.
• Oversee development and execution of training materials, workflows, and performance measures.
• Support continuous improvement of training processes and tools.

Minimum Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in project management.
• Hands‑on experience with a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Proficiency with Adobe Captivate.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Articulate Storyline.
• Experience with Camtasia.
• Familiarity with healthcare training programs or large‑scale transformation initiatives.

 

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:
$106,300—$221,100 USD
