In 2015, we pioneered a “moneyball for biotech” approach, pooling projects and promising early-stage research from academia together under one financial umbrella to reduce risk and unleash innovation. This model allows science and small teams of experts to lead the way. We build bridges to groundbreaking advancements in rare disease, and develop life-changing medicines for patients with unmet needs as fast as humanly possible.

Together we define white space, push boundaries, and empower people to solve problems. If you're someone who defies convention, join us and work alongside some of the most respected minds in the industry. Together, we'll ask "why not?" and help reengineer the future of biopharma. At BridgeBio, we value curiosity and experimentation—including the ethical & thoughtful use of AI to improve clarity, speed, and quality of work.

The Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition Enablement, is a strategic and operational role at the intersection of talent technology, data, and people. As the Talent Acquisition team's operational owner, you will drive the systems, workflows, and data infrastructure that power how we identify, attract, and hire top talent — partnering closely with People Operations & Systems & Innovation to build and configure what the business needs, while ensuring every candidate and hiring manager interaction reflects the quality and care that defines our culture.

You will translate data and insights into continuous process improvements. At the same time, you'll be a hands-on contributor to candidate experience — directly supporting executive-level interview logistics, championing scheduling excellence, and leading initiatives that raise the bar on how candidates experience our hiring process from first touch to final offer.

This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role that bridges systems thinking with human-centered execution. It requires someone equally comfortable building dashboards and optimizing ATS workflows as they are coordinating a seamless on-site interview day for a senior executive candidate.

This is a San Francisco Bay Area–based position requiring regular on-site presence in our San Francisco and Palo Alto offices.

Core Responsibilities

TA Systems Ownership & Optimization

  • Serve as the business owner of Greenhouse and connected TA technology platforms — accountable for adoption, impact, and the quality of experience they deliver to recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
  • Identify friction points across the hiring process and drive system enhancements, integrations, and automation that measurably improve recruiter efficiency and hiring velocity
  • Partner with People Operations & Innovation to evaluate, pilot, and scale new tools — including AI-powered solutions — ensuring investments translate into tangible capability gains for the team
  • Hold the line on system integrity, data hygiene, and documentation so the organization can trust the data it makes hiring decisions from

Technology Innovation & Evaluation

  • Stay ahead of the talent technology landscape, with a particular focus on AI-powered scheduling, screening, and analytics — and bring forward-looking recommendations to the team before the competition moves
  • Design and run structured pilots for new technologies, building business cases grounded in measurable outcomes rather than vendor promises
  • Champion TA technology internally — ensuring recruiters and hiring managers extract real value from the tools available to them, not just nominal access

Scheduling Systems & Interview Logistics

  • Own the end-to-end interview scheduling experience — setting the standard for what "seamless" looks like for candidates and interviewers, and holding that bar through automation and process design

Candidate Experience Design & Execution

  • Lead data-driven initiatives that measurably improve candidate experience across all stages of the hiring funnel — from application to offer
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to ensure interview preparation materials, hiring manager guides, and candidate communication templates are current, accessible, and consistently applied
  • Champion a high-touch, high-quality experience for executive-level candidates, serving as a key point of coordination and care throughout their interview journey
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from candidates and hiring managers to inform experience improvements on an ongoing basis

Cross-Functional Project Partnerships

  • Lead and support TA-related and cross-functional special projects and initiatives spanning Talent, People Operations, and broader organizational priorities
  • Represent the TA Systems function in cross-team working groups, bringing both the systems and candidate experience perspective to every conversation

Who You Are

  • Experience: 3+ years in Talent Acquisition, with meaningful exposure to TA operations, systems administration, or recruiting coordination — ideally within a high-growth life sciences or technology company
  • Systems Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with Greenhouse or a comparable enterprise ATS, including configuration, workflow design, and integration management; experience with scheduling automation tools (e.g., GoodTime, Prelude, Calendly) strongly preferred
  • Analytically Driven: Advanced proficiency in TA analytics and reporting — you're comfortable building dashboards, interpreting funnel data, and translating metrics into clear recommendations that influence strategy
  • Candidate Experience Champion: Genuine passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences, with a track record of improving processes, not just executing them
  • AI & Automation Curious: Demonstrated interest in and working knowledge of AI-enabled tools in the recruiting space; you lean into emerging technology and can distinguish hype from real impact
  • Cross-Functional Partner: Proven ability to build credibility and collaborate across functions — from recruiters and hiring managers to People Operations, Finance, and executive stakeholders — with exceptional communication at every level
  • Operational Excellence: High attention to detail and strong project management instincts; you can manage multiple competing priorities without dropping the ball on the details that matter most to candidates
  • On-site Commitment: Based in the San Francisco Bay Area and available to work regularly from our SF and Palo Alto offices to support executive interview logistics and team collaboration
