Human Resources Operations Intern
About Us

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the People team.

Assist with employee onboarding activities and ensure a smooth first-day experience for new hires.

Prepare onboarding documentation, welcome materials, and workstation readiness.

Coordinate onboarding schedules and support new hires throughout their onboarding journey.

Follow up with employees and managers to ensure completion of mandatory training, onboarding tasks, and compliance requirements.

Track training attendance and maintain accurate records of completed learning and development activities.

Support the administration of learning and development programs, workshops, and internal training sessions.
-
Monitor and follow up on probation reviews, employee documentation, and other key People processes.

Assist with employee communications, policy acknowledgements, and People-related administrative tasks.

Coordinate with managers and stakeholders to support employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.

Assist with People Operations projects as required.

Handle confidential employee and company information with professionalism and discretion.
Administration & Office Support

Support office operations and provide holiday or leave coverage for administrative functions when required.

Provide front office and reception support, including greeting visitors and managing incoming communications.

Coordinate and manage relationships with office vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
-
Assist with procurement of office supplies, merchandise, and workplace materials.
-
Organize meetings, book meeting rooms, and support event logistics.
-
Coordinate office maintenance requests and liaise with contractors and building management.
-
Support company merchandise inventory, ordering, and distribution.

Ensure office facilities remain organized, well-stocked, and operational.
Requirements

Recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field.

Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-
Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn.

Fluent in both German and English
