Hi, this is Arpana, one of the founding members of Fresh Prints.
In December 2016, I came across a job post on Naukri from Jacob Goodman, one of the co-owners of Fresh Prints. They were looking for someone to lead their Operations team in India. The post had already been taken down, but I decided to send Jacob an email anyway.
To my surprise, he replied, and soon I found myself stepping into what would become a life-changing opportunity.
During the interview process, it became clear just how new everything was. There was no office, no payroll system, no established infrastructure. But what stood out was Jacob and Josh's unwavering belief in the vision they had for Fresh Prints.
They didn't have all the answers, but their passion was contagious. I knew I wanted to help build something from the ground up.
So I jumped in. I found an office, figured out payroll, and brought in my childhood best friend to help get things off the ground. Over the years, I had the opportunity to wear multiple hats, solve challenging problems, and help scale teams across Finance, Tech, Marketing, and eventually HR.
Today, Fresh Prints has grown into a team of 400+ people across three countries, but despite everything we've built, we still believe it's Day 1.
One of the things I'm most proud of is how we navigated COVID-19 together. When universities shut down, and our business came to a complete halt, we didn't panic. We adapted. We pivoted from custom apparel to PPE, rallied together as a team, and came out stronger because we were willing to embrace change.
That mindset still defines who we are today.

We're looking for LinkedIn Recruitment Interns to help us hire our Campus Managers across universities in the United States.
This isn't an internship where you'll spend months doing repetitive administrative work. You'll work directly on live hiring projects, learn modern sourcing techniques, experiment with AI recruiting tools, and understand what great recruiting looks like at a global startup.
Over these three months, you'll build practical recruiting skills that most people only learn after joining full-time.
If you perform well, you'll have the opportunity to be considered for a long-term full-time role with Fresh Prints.
This is a 3-month full-time internship designed to give you hands-on experience in modern recruiting.
High-performing interns will have the opportunity to be considered for a full-time role at Fresh Prints based on their performance and business requirements.
