Enable leaders across our North Macedonia operations to build high-performing, engaged teams by aligning people strategy with business priorities in a fast-growing global company.
This role is based in North Macedonia (Skopje, Ohrid or Debar) and works closely with leaders and employees across North Macedonia while partnering with colleagues across the US and Balkans. This is a fully onsite role, with working hours from 12pm - 8pm to support collaboration across time zones.
As a People Business Partner, you'll partner closely with leaders across our North Macedonia operations, helping them navigate the people challenges that come with growth. You'll translate business priorities into practical people actions that strengthen performance, engagement, and organizational health, while ensuring our global people programs are implemented effectively within the local legal and cultural context.
