Senior HR Analyst

Accountabilities:
- Provide high-quality HR transactional and administrative support across hire-to-retire employee lifecycle processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of service delivery.
- Manage and resolve employee and manager queries using case management systems while meeting defined SLAs and performance metrics.
- Process and maintain HR data within HRIS platforms, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and consistency across systems.
- Analyze HR workflows and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prioritize, track, and execute daily HR service requests in alignment with operational targets and service level agreements.
- Collaborate with global HR teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
- Support reporting, data validation, and HR metrics tracking to monitor service quality and operational performance.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy, confidentiality policies, and organizational compliance standards.
- Contribute to training, knowledge sharing, and process documentation to improve team capability and consistency.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and improving HR service efficiency.
- 4 to 6+ years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services, or HR data administration roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Hands-on experience managing high-volume HR transactions and end-to-end HR lifecycle processes (hire-to-retire).
- Strong experience working with HRIS systems, with Workday experience considered a strong advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact across all organizational levels.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and contribute to process improvements.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative, global team environment.
