We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support our technical teams. This individual will partner with leaders and individual contributors to proactively provide support and guidance on career advancement, employee relations, leveling, and org design (and so much more!). Reporting to the Director of HR, the Senior HRBP will be a key figure in maintaining an engaged tech culture at Lendbuzz.
This is a hybrid position that requires working at least 2 days (Tuesdays and Thursdays) from our Boston, MA headquarters.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support the US-based tech departments as the dedicated HR point of contact
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (eg onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding)
Coach leaders to improve management skills and leadership capabilities
Partner with executive leadership to design and launch strategic HR initiatives
Conduct regular check-ins with employees across the tech teams; summarize themes and take action on findings
Process status changes and maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records
Own Paylocity administration including platform upkeep, configuration, and optimization
Perform data analysis, participate in audits, and generate reports
Configure Paylocity performance modules to support company evaluation cycles
Consult with managers and employees to guide them through the evaluation process
Lead performance calibration sessions to ensure fair, consistent scoring across teams
Provide coaching and mentoring to foster professional growth within the People team
Experience/Skills:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong proficiency with Paylocity (required) and Jira (preferred)
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable and eager to work across internal teams
An understanding of what engages tech employees, and what makes them grow and thrive in their careers
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
