Senior Technical Recruiter

Jobgether · US

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter based in the United States.

In this role, you will own full-cycle recruiting for highly technical, high-impact roles across engineering, product, and AI-focused teams in a fast-scaling, global environment. You will operate at the intersection of talent strategy and cutting-edge technology, partnering closely with hiring managers to define what “great” looks like in frontier technical domains. The role spans US and international markets, requiring a strong grasp of regional talent landscapes and global hiring dynamics. You will be responsible for building scalable pipelines for senior and niche technical talent while ensuring a high-quality, consistent candidate experience. This is a fast-paced, AI-native organization where experimentation, adaptability, and continuous learning are core expectations. You will also play a key role in improving recruiting systems, data-driven decision-making, and global hiring practices. The environment is highly collaborative, but requires autonomy, judgment, and a builder’s mindset.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and hard-to-fill technical roles across engineering, research, and product teams, from sourcing through offer acceptance.
  • Develop and execute global sourcing strategies across multiple regions (US, EMEA, APAC), adapting to local talent markets and hiring conditions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview frameworks, and leveling standards aligned with both technical depth and business needs.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines for AI, infrastructure, and customer-facing technical talent in highly competitive markets.
  • Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience across time zones through structured communication and process rigor.
  • Use recruiting data and funnel metrics to improve hiring velocity, signal quality, and overall process effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including People Ops, Legal, and Finance to ensure compliant and scalable global hiring practices.
  • Requirements:

This role requires significant experience in technical recruiting, particularly in complex and global environments, along with strong judgment in evaluating senior engineering talent. Candidates should bring hands-on experience across full-cycle recruiting and a strong understanding of modern software and AI-driven products. You should be comfortable operating in ambiguity, influencing stakeholders, and building scalable recruiting systems from the ground up. Strong communication skills and a consultative approach are essential, especially when partnering with technical leaders across regions.

    • 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, including senior-level and specialized engineering roles.
    • Proven experience supporting global or multi-region hiring efforts across different talent markets.
    • Strong ability to evaluate technical roles across backend, infrastructure, product engineering, or AI-adjacent domains.
    • Solid technical literacy, with understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and modern software architectures.
    • Experience building sourcing strategies for competitive, niche, or AI-focused talent pools.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions and align teams.
    • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to improve funnel performance.
    • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth or AI/tech-driven environments is highly valued.
    • Benefits:

      • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
      • Unlimited PTO and flexible scheduling
      • Remote-first work environment across the United States
      • 401(k) plan with company matching
      • Paid parental leave and family support benefits
      • Wellness, mental health, and home office stipends
      • Learning and development budget for professional growth
      • Access to AI-focused training, workshops, and continuous learning initiatives.
