This role sits at the heart of HR operations, ensuring smooth and accurate delivery of employee lifecycle administration across a global, multi-country environment. You will be responsible for maintaining high-quality HR records, processing key employee changes, and supporting payroll, benefits, and reporting activities. Working within a shared services HR Operations team, you will help ensure that HR systems and workflows run efficiently and consistently. The role requires strong attention to detail, operational discipline, and the ability to manage sensitive employee data with accuracy and confidentiality. You will collaborate closely with HR Advisors, Payroll, and HR Systems teams to support day-to-day operations and continuous process improvement. This is a critical support function that enables a scalable, compliant, and employee-focused HR service across the organisation.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will provide end-to-end administrative support for HR operations, ensuring accurate employee data management, smooth HR processes, and reliable operational execution across multiple jurisdictions.

  • Process employee lifecycle transactions including hires, changes, transfers, compensation updates, benefits changes, and terminations within HR systems
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in line with company policies and compliance requirements
  • Support HR workflows, approvals, and case management activities, ensuring timely resolution or escalation of employee and manager queries
  • Administer HR systems through accurate data entry, record updates, and ongoing maintenance of employee information
  • Conduct regular data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency across HR systems
  • Assist in preparing standard HR reports, employee data extracts, and operational metrics for HR and business stakeholders
  • Support payroll coordination by managing inputs, documentation, trackers, and validation of employee changes
  • Coordinate benefits administration activities including enrolments, updates, leavers, and provider communication
  • Maintain HR documentation, including contracts, letters, and employment-related correspondence
  • Support HR projects, annual people-cycle activities, and process improvement initiatives through administrative coordination and tracking
  • Requirements:

    You bring experience in HR administration or HR operations, with strong organisational skills and a high level of accuracy when managing employee data and HR processes.

    • Experience in HR administration, HR operations, shared services, or employee lifecycle support in a structured environment
    • Hands-on experience processing HR transactions such as onboarding, changes, and terminations
    • Familiarity with HR systems for maintaining employee records and supporting HR workflows
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools for data entry, tracking, and reporting
    • Experience supporting payroll coordination or benefits administration is an advantage
    • Understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle stages, and data confidentiality requirements
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
    • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and process compliance
    • Good communication skills with the ability to support employees, managers, and internal stakeholders
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
    • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support broader HR operational goals
    • Exposure to HR systems such as ADP or similar platforms is a plus
