  • Partner with Recruiting Coordinators on interview scheduling and logistics to ensure a smooth, seamless process for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Collaborate with Total Rewards and Talent Partners on offer recommendations, ensuring alignment with compensation bands and internal equity.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to improve team processes, tools, and overall recruiter efficiency.

  • Proven ability to manage a large, multi-requisition portfolio while maintaining strong attention to detail, data quality, and candidate experience.
  • Experience partnering with and influencing front-line to Manager-level hiring leaders throughout the recruiting process.
  • Solid sourcing skills, with proficiency building pipelines through both active and passive candidate channels.
  • Comfort with ATS systems (Lever preferred) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, or equivalent).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; clear, responsive, and professional in all interactions.
