🗓️ Schedule Monday to Friday Availability required within 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (CST) Weekends off
🧾 Job Summary The Payroll Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of multiple client payrolls in a fast-paced and high-demand environment. This role requires strong analytical thinking, quick decision-making, and a high level of customer service. You will manage payroll workflows end-to-end, ensure compliance with payroll regulations, and act as a trusted point of contact for client inquiries. Success in this role depends on attention to detail, organization, and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
✅ Key Responsibilities
• Payroll Processing & Management
• Process and manage multiple client payrolls simultaneously
• Ensure all payroll transactions are accurate, timely, and compliant
• Understand and apply payroll taxation rules
• Reporting & Compliance
• Prepare quarter-end and year-end reporting
• Generate ad hoc reports for clients
• Ensure compliance with all payroll-related regulations
• Deductions & Adjustments
• Process wage garnishments, child support orders, and tax levies accurately
• Client Support & Communication
• Respond to client inquiries related to payroll and systems
• Provide clear, professional, and timely support
• Maintain strong client relationships through excellent service
Coordination & Workflow
• Manage payroll workflow from beginning to end
• Coordinate activities with clients across multiple systems
• Ensure deadlines are consistently met
Operational Excellence
• Manage client-related payroll projects
• Maintain accountability, follow-through, and attention to detail
• Perform additional duties as assigned
🎓 Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Experience in administrative roles is a MUST
