This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista de People Analytics based in Brazil.

This role sits at the intersection of data, people, and business strategy, transforming workforce information into actionable insights that support high-impact decisions. You will go beyond traditional reporting, building predictive and prescriptive models that anticipate trends in turnover, engagement, and performance. Working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, you will translate complex analyses into clear narratives that drive action. The environment is dynamic and collaborative, with strong exposure to strategic HR initiatives. You will also play a key role in improving data governance, automation, and analytical maturity across people processes. Accountabilities:

  • Develop predictive and prescriptive models to anticipate trends in turnover, employee engagement, and performance.
  • Translate complex data analyses into clear, strategic insights and storytelling for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Automate data collection, validation, and governance processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and security of people data.
  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making across HR and business areas.
  • Conduct benchmarking and monitor workforce metrics to identify opportunities and support proactive decision-making.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver analytical solutions aligned with business priorities and timelines.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields; postgraduate studies in People Analytics or Data Science are a plus.
    • Strong experience with Power BI for building dynamic, interactive dashboards focused on decision-making.
    • Solid knowledge of Power Query for building scalable and reusable ETL processes.
    • Experience with Power Automate to integrate systems and automate dataset updates.
    • Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and integration; Python or R is a strong plus for statistical and predictive modeling.
    • Ability to translate raw data into clear, structured, and persuasive business narratives for non-technical audiences.
    • Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders, balancing priorities and deadlines with autonomy and strong communication skills.
    • English proficiency is considered a plus.
