As a Associate Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll help build the teams that power FINN's growth. You'll own hiring processes from end to end, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent. From your first day, you'll join a collaborative and ambitious Talent Acquisition team where learning, ownership, and continuous improvement are part of everyday work. You'll play a key role in ensuring every candidate has an outstanding experience while maintaining the high hiring bar that defines FINN's culture and success.

You will own end-to-end hiring for a portfolio of roles across FINN's Growth department (Sales, Account Management and Marketing), ensuring an efficient, appreciative, and seamless candidate experience from first touchpoint to offer.
You will partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs, align on candidate profiles, and act as a trusted partner throughout the entire hiring process.
You will proactively source, engage, and nurture top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels, building sustainable pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
You will conduct structured recruiter interviews and deliver high-quality candidate assessments, consistently maintaining FINN's high hiring bar.
You will leverage recruiting data and AI-powered tools to monitor funnel health, identify optimization opportunities, and continuously improve sourcing effectiveness, hiring speed, and candidate quality.
You will collaborate closely with the wider People team to optimize recruiting processes, leverage our Applicant Tracking System (Lever), and contribute to strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives across Talent Attraction, Selection Quality, and Stakeholder Relations.
Excellent communication skills and a genuine curiosity about people, enabling you to build meaningful relationships, excite candidates about FINN, and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and teammates.
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a structured way of working, attention to detail, and confidence using recruiting tools, AI, and data to support your work.

Professional fluency in both German (C1 or above) and English (B2 or above) to collaborate effectively across teams
First experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, HR or a customer-facing role requiring strong stakeholder management.
Exposure to a fast-growing startup, scale-up, or other high-performance environment.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever, or similar ATS and sourcing platforms.
