    • Strong understanding of U.S. employment compliance fundamentals and HR best practices.
    • Experience supporting employee relations processes, documentation, and sensitive HR matters.
    • Experience coordinating leave administration and accommodation processes.
    • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environments.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple sensitive workflows simultaneously.
    • Excellent judgment, discretion, and communication skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
    • Preferred: 7–10+ years of HR experience, startup or regulated industry exposure, and HR certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent).
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and scope of responsibility
      • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
      • Remote-first work environment across the United States
      • Opportunity to build and scale People Operations processes in a high-growth organization
      • Direct impact on employee experience, engagement, and organizational culture
