Internship in Human Resource Generalist

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate orientation session, meetings, and taking dictation and minutes.
• Prepare basic HR reports and dashboards (headcount, turnover, leave trends).
• Prepare HR communications, decks, and meeting materials.
• Support overall HR department on special project assignment.

 

Project Contribution:

• Support with planning and actively involved in execution of year.
• Assist with HR-related digital improvement project.
• Assist with survey preparation and analysis for HR department.
• Support in employer branding project.

• Strong communication in English (both in speaking and writing).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point).
• Detail-oriented.
• Preferably 4 to 6 months of internship duration.
• Start by August 2026.
