You support system activities in a specific process area, including analysis, design, and overseeing the implementation of system changes to increase effectiveness and efficiency aligned with corporate strategies.

How you will contribute

Working in a cross-functional environment, you will collaborate closely with global and regional teams to optimize SAP and integrated non-SAP systems and processes, translating business needs into functional requirements. You will define what the capability must achieve and how success will be measured and ensure that solutions are robust, strategically aligned and efficient to deliver and maintain. To succeed in this role, you must understand integration points in an integrated ERP system (i.e. SAP ECC), standalone, SAAS, and control systems and effectively interact with senior management from business and technology disciplines to keep them informed and to present highly complex solutions.

More about this role

Mondelēz Global MDS (IT) Team is looking for energetic and experienced people with strong strategic and technically savvy Product Manager to own and scale our Digital Asset Management (DAM) ecosystem. In this role, you will lead the vision, strategy and execution for a platform that serves as the single source of truth for all our visual content (rich media, brand assets, product assets) and the workflows around it.

You will sit at the intersection of creative production, marketing, and technology teams ensuring our internal teams and external partners can seamlessly create, organise, search, and distribute content globally.

How you will contribute

  • Define the DAM Strategy: Own the product roadmap, prioritizing features that improve ingestion, AI-driven tagging, metadata modelling, and rights management.
  • Optimize Workflows & Integrations: Deeply integrate the DAM tool with our broader marketing tech stack
  • Champion Metadata & Search: Partner with taxonomists and content teams to build intuitive search experiences, taxonomy structures, and automated AI metadata tagging.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between creative directors, marketing leads, legal (rights management), and technology to balance user experience with scalability.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Track platform adoption, storage utilization, and asset reuse metrics to continuously optimize the product experience and demonstrate ROI.
  • Collect requirements from regional and local teams & translating business requirements to technical scope
  • Collaborates with stakeholders and different teams (global, regional and local) from the organization to collect data, identify gaps, conduct ideation session and create functional requirements.
  • Create, manage and keep up to date product roadmaps, feature backlogs and product documentation such as user stories, use cases, user flows, logic flows, and functional specifications
  • Collaborates with Architecture team, Application/Platform, Technical Product teams to make right technology choices and ensure smooth delivery of features
  • Be very creative and curious and make regular contributions for new product ideas based on market need, usage conclusions and industry trends
  • Champion user adoption
  • Understand the technology stack, dependencies between applications and how the data flows between them
  • Partners with Integration Lead and other Product Leads across PXM (Product Experience Management) space
  • Accountable for Product quality (defines Product goals and KPIs, ongoing support), Product budget and ensures all work implemented with quality, meeting performance, security & privacy needs

What you will bring

  • Min 8-10 years' experience in Technical Product Management roles
  • Previous at least 3+ years of experience in DAM area (ideally in CPG / FMCG industry), PXM/ PIM space, Media management space.
  • Experience in Adobe AEM is a plus
  • Strong understanding of asset lifecycles, metadata, taxonomy structures, schema design, and rights/permissions governance.
  • Experience or strong interest in leveraging AI/ML tools for automated image/video tagging, transcription, and smart cropping.
  • Experience in establishing and operating IT Products, Martech experiences
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Experience in managing technical teams (internal or external) to achieve Win-Win partnerships
  • Ability to understand, explain and present technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to set strategic direction and drive execution through collaboration with a cross-functional team.
  • Strong collaboration skills, proactively sharing observations & improvements areas, problem solving skills, attention to details, can-do attitude
  • Curiosity and energy to continually learn new marketing technologies and stay apprised of security and regulatory changes. 
  • Fluent in English

Nice to have:

  • Certifications in ITIL, SAFe Agile, Adobe AEM.
