You support sourcing for spend categories-including sourcing execution and stakeholder management-to maximize the total value of ownership for the organization. You also work closely with local business and global spend category teams to ensure best practice sharing and driving value for the organization.
How you will contribute
You will take the lead in creating value through innovation, sustainability, risk management, quality, service, cash and productivity programs all while ensuring compliance with policies, strategies and processes. In addition, you will lead in the development and deployment of sourcing strategies and the ongoing management of supplier relationships, manage the supply base working internal and external stakeholders to ensure Mondelēz International’s competitive advantage, completely build a program with the business and suppliers that incorporates best practices, market insights, risks and opportunities, and set a clear vision for various areas, defining and delivering ambitious plans that encourage teams and stakeholders to engage not just in the destination, but also in the journey.

- The dairy sourcing Manager establishes the dairy sourcing strategy and lead the execution with excellence for meeting the business needs in a part of the 6 BUs in AMEA region including 30+ sites in 18 countries.
- Understand dairy global industry as well as local supply environment and work with CPRM team to build AC, establish dairy coverage strategy to manage commodity risk and P&L impact.
- Manage the complexity & challenges in term of high number of dairy specifications and different/complex suppliers in different markets to ensure optimal source of supply.
- Conduct the dairy contract negotiation, RFP or Auction to deliver AC and drive best quality & cost.
- Lead DIOH reduction for dairy spend area by close collaboration & coordination with other spend areas & supply planning team for AMEA region to achieve DIOH target.
- Build productivity roadmap to ensure productivity pipeline sufficiency and lead the execution by coordinating with local procurement and RDQ team.
- Manage supplier relationship & establish scorecards for supplier performance evaluation.
- Ensure supply security with best-in-class quality, service and BCP with full accountability to solve supply issue.
- Make sure legal contract is in place and the compliance with procurement policy
- Build sustainability roadmap for dairy in ANZ and India and support business needs on health & wellbeing
