POSITION SUMMARY
Service Operations Analyst perform operational support and oversight on behalf of the Market, in addition to general support functions and special projects. The role is responsible for functions to execute across various processes including: reporting, cashiering, asset movement and account support. The Service Operations Analyst must have the ability to resolve problems using all available resources and escalate matters, as necessary.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
OPERATIONAL SUPPORT:
> Support cashier functions in a clerical capacity, such as reviewing and updating select check deposits
> Execute actionable items upon review of delegated reports and requests to meet service level expectations
> Assist with execution of unified estate processing
> Assist Service Leadership in a clerical capacity to support timely responses to select operational alerts and case management requests according to Firm policies and procedures
> Organize and track progress against operational remediation projects
> Assist with procedural review and updates of select unified estate processes
> Identify gaps within processes or procedures actioned within the branch and escalate to management team
> Maintain focus on evolving policy and platform changes, participating in new learning opportunities, peer sharing and cross-training opportunities, and conference calls as needed EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, and SKILLS:
Education and/or Experience

> 6 months to 2.5 years of work experience
> Secondary Stage Education/Senior Secondary Stage
> Industry experience is a plus
Knowledge/Skills
> Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
> Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
> Team player with the ability to collaborate with others
> Strong communication skills
> Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products
