Job Description & Summary:
Senior leader to drive GCC-led transformation across asset and wealth management value chains, focusing on operating model redesign, scalability, and digital enablement.
Responsibilities:
Lead large-scale global transformation programs across GCCs
Drive operating model redesign and process transformation
Transform core banking: Retail, Corporate, SME, Treasury
Design GCC strategy, TOMs, governance frameworks
Drive data, automation, and AI-led transformation
Client & Growth
Act as trusted advisor to CXOs
Lead proposals and transformation roadmaps
Drive revenue growth and strategic relationships
Practice Building
Develop GCC banking transformation thought leadership
Build solutions and mentor teams
Mandatory skill sets:
Core banking (Retail, Corporate, SME, Treasury)
GCC strategy and operating model design
Stakeholder management and commercial acumen
