We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Sales Support Coordinator to provide essential support to our Sales Executives and Relationship Managers.

In this role you will
Support the sales team by maintaining, updating, and auditing client and prospect databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Provide proactive administrative and follow-up support to Sales Executives, enabling them to focus on client engagement and business development
Coordinate sales meetings, events, and related logistics, ensuring all activities run efficiently and professionally
Collect, track and organise key metrics to support reporting and data-driven insights
Assist in preparing client materials, presentations, and internal documentation
Build a strong understanding of Vanguard’s sales goals, relationship management best practices, and investment products and services
Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, helping deliver a seamless client experience
Contribute to ongoing team initiatives, process improvements, and ad hoc projects
What it takes
Previous experience in an administrative, sales support, or client-facing role within Asset Management is preferred
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence working with systems and data
A proactive, collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
An intellectual curiosity around financial markets, current events and technological advances

This is a hybrid position and would require you to work in the office 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)
