The Enterprise Compliance Manager in Commercial Excellence (Education) plays a critical role in ensuring that business practices meet legal, regulatory, and ethical standards while enabling effective and engaging compliance education programs. This role drives awareness and understanding of compliance requirements across commercial teams, helping to reduce risk, strengthen internal controls, and foster a culture of integrity. It is an exciting opportunity to shape training strategies at scale and partner closely with cross-functional leaders in a global MedTech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, development, and delivery of compliance education and training programs tailored to Commercial Excellence teams.
• Ensure alignment of business activities with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies through ongoing monitoring and guidance.
• Support and implement compliance risk assessments, identifying potential gaps and recommending mitigation actions.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and communication materials to promote clear understanding across stakeholders.
• Partner with commercial, legal, and compliance teams to provide practical guidance on compliance-related topics.
• Oversee training completion, effectiveness measurement, and continuous improvement of learning programs.
• Contribute to compliance audits, monitoring activities, and reporting processes to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Drive a culture of integrity by promoting awareness, accountability, and adherence to ethical standards across the organization.
Qualifications
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree required (e.g., Business Administration, Law, Life Sciences, or related field)
• Advanced degree (e.g., Master’s, MBA, or legal qualification) preferred
Experience and Skills:
Required:
• Experience in compliance, legal, regulatory, or risk management within a regulated industry
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, policies, and internal controls
• Experience developing or delivering training and education programs
• Ability to interpret regulations and translate them into practical business guidance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with experience identifying risks and improvement opportunities
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a global or matrixed organization
Preferred:
• Experience in healthcare, MedTech, or pharmaceuticals
• Knowledge of Commercial Excellence processes and field-facing operations
• Experience with compliance audits, monitoring, and reporting programs
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms or learning management systems
• Project management experience in driving training or compliance initiatives
• Continuous improvement or operational excellence experience
• Professional certification in compliance or ethics (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional)
Other:
• Language: Fluent in English required; German or additional European languages preferred
• Travel: Up to 10–20% regional and international travel may be required

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
€78,300.00 - €135,700.00
