As a Regulatory Compliance Senior Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact an organization's operations and objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining professional standards. You will focus on building relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You are building meaningful connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical skills, and enhancing awareness of your strengths.

Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing strategies to manage and mitigate enterprise risks in a dynamic business environment
- Analyzing complex regulatory landscapes to provide clients with tailored compliance solutions
- Collaborating with clients to enhance internal controls and reduce potential risks
- Utilizing analytical thinking to identify and address business risks and opportunities
- Conducting risk analysis and developing comprehensive risk management frameworks
- Advising on regulatory guidelines and governance risk compliance to support client objectives
- Leading business process improvement initiatives to optimize risk management practices
- Building meaningful relationships with stakeholders to understand and anticipate their needs
- Navigating complex situations to deliver quality outcomes and support business continuity
- Mentoring junior team members to foster professional growth and technical skills development

What You Must Have

- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
