Contracts Manager

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee the contractual and commercial aspects of major projects. Working closely with the Project Manager and key stakeholders, you will manage contract administration, procurement, tendering, contractor performance, claims, and commercial risk to support successful project delivery and maximise commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project contracts, variations, claims, and contractor performance.
- Lead tendering, contract negotiations, and procurement activities.
- Provide contractual and commercial support to Project Managers and project teams.
- Monitor contract compliance, commercial risk, and project obligations.
- Manage progress payments, contract documentation, and reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Support quality, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of contract administration, procurement, and commercial management.
- Experience managing contract negotiations, claims, and risk.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and commercial acumen.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
