Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities | Principais responsabilidades:

  • Monitor customer procurement portals

  • Lead the development of after-sales solutions proposals, including the structuring and preparation of medium and high complexity technical-commercial proposals, with critical analysis and validation of technical specifications

  • Conduct technical site visits to support the commercial team during bidding and competitive processes

  • Develop customized technical solutions, evaluating and proposing alternatives that maximize competitiveness, performance, and cost-effectiveness

  • Prepare conceptual 2D and 3D designs for proposed solutions

  • Structure and consolidate cost estimates with a high level of accuracy

  • Coordinate internal interfaces to develop consistent and integrated proposals

  • Provide technical support during alignment and negotiation stages together with the commercial team

  • Ensure alignment between the proposed solution, customer requirements, and defined assumptions

  • Evaluate risks, contingencies, and uncertainties associated with proposals

  • Ensure balance between competitiveness and profitability

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout proposal development

  • Lead supplier consultation, technical evaluation, and commercial evaluation processes

  • Integrate third-party solutions into proposals in a consistent manner

  • Liderar o desenvolvimento de propostas de soluções de pós-venda, abrangendo a estruturação e elaboração de propostas técnico comerciais de média e alta complexidade, com análise crítica e validação de especificações técnicas

  • Realizar visitas técnicas para suporte ao time comercial em processos concorrenciais

  • Desenvolver soluções técnicas customizadas, avaliando e propondo alternativas que maximizem competitividade, desempenho e custo-benefício

  • Elaborar projetos conceituais em 2D e 3D das soluções propostas

  • Estruturar e consolidar estimativas de custo com elevado nível de acuracidade

  • Coordenar interfaces internas para construção de propostas consistentes e integradas

  • Suportar tecnicamente as etapas de alinhamento e negociação em conjunto com o time comercial

  • Assegurar aderência entre a solução proposta, os requisitos do cliente e as premissas definidas

  • Avaliar riscos, contingências e incertezas associadas às propostas

  • Garantir o equilíbrio entre competitividade e rentabilidade

  • Identificar, avaliar e mitigar riscos ao longo do desenvolvimento das propostas

  • Conduzir processos de consulta e avaliação técnica e comercial de fornecedores

  • Integrar soluções de terceiros às propostas de forma consistente
