Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, commercially aware, and mechanically minded Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of decarbonisation and building upgrade projects across Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced project delivery professional who wants to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of mechanical-led works, develop strong client relationships, and contribute to meaningful low-carbon projects with a growing and ambitious business.
The successful candidate will work closely with our commercial project management team and in-house M&E design team to deliver a range of low-carbon and energy efficiency projects, including heating system upgrades, heat pump installations, plantroom and energy centre works, HVAC modifications, controls and BMS-related works, and wider building fabric improvement projects. With projects typically delivered in live commercial and public sector environments, this role offers real variety, autonomy, and the chance to work across the full project lifecycle from planning and coordination through to commissioning, handover, and client sign-off.

Responsible to | Operations Manager
This role is responsible for leading and supporting project delivery teams to ensure mechanical projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The position involves managing client relationships through regular communication, coordinating project planning and delivery, and ensuring all project scope, specifications, and documentation are agreed before works commence. Key responsibilities include overseeing procurement of materials and equipment, supporting cost planning and budget control, monitoring labour, subcontractor, and material costs, and working closely with Commercial, Procurement, and Operations teams to maintain project performance. The role also requires chairing project review meetings, managing change control and commercial reporting, forecasting resource requirements, and ensuring projects are safely delivered through to successful completion, including testing, commissioning, handover documentation, certification, and client sign-off, while contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence across the business.
