Personal Injury Lawyer (Multi Track Accidents)

Join our leading claimant personal injury team in Birmingham and take on high-quality, impactful work.

We’re looking for an experienced Lawyer to manage a varied caseload of intermediate track personal injury claims, including employer’s liability, occupier’s liability and RTAs. You’ll also have the opportunity to work on occasional complex cases such as product liability, sports injuries and animal-related claims (valued up to £1m).

You’ll run cases from start to finish, using your strong litigation skills, costs awareness and ability to build clear, persuasive arguments.

  • Qualified Lawyer (Solicitor or Legal Executive) with 2+ years’ PQE
  • Experience handling intermediate or multi-track PI cases
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail and client care
  • Confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative team
  • Happy to support marketing and business development activity
