Copywriter
This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.
Our client is a growing consumer brand focused on building meaningful connections with customers through thoughtful storytelling, strong brand positioning, and high-performing marketing campaigns. As the company continues expanding across digital channels, they are seeking a Copywriter who views writing as both a craft and a strategic business tool. This role will play a key part in shaping brand perception, driving engagement, and creating compelling messaging across email, paid advertising, websites, SMS, social media, partnerships, and promotional campaigns.
Role Overview
The Copywriter will be responsible for creating persuasive, engaging, and conversion-focused copy across multiple customer touchpoints while helping refine and evolve the company’s brand voice. The Copywriter will work closely with leadership, marketing, and creative teams to develop messaging that supports commercial objectives while maintaining authenticity, emotional connection, and brand consistency. This role is ideal for a creative storyteller who understands both performance marketing and brand building and enjoys crafting messaging that drives measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
Email Campaigns & Lifecycle Communications
Write 12–14 email campaigns per month aligned with seasonal campaigns, product stories, and business priorities.
Develop compelling subject lines, email body copy, and calls-to-action that drive engagement and conversions.
Ensure consistency of messaging and brand voice across all email communications.
Support lifecycle marketing initiatives through strategic email content.
Paid Advertising Copy
Produce 20–40+ unique Meta ad copy variations per month.
Write Google Ads search copy and sitelinks designed to improve campaign performance.
Collaborate with marketing teams to test and optimize messaging through A/B testing.
Develop copy that improves click-through rates, engagement, and conversions.
Website & Landing Pages
Write product descriptions that communicate value and support conversion goals.
Create website copy, landing page content, and microsite messaging.
Balance storytelling, clarity, and persuasive messaging across digital experiences.
Ensure messaging aligns with brand positioning and customer needs.
Social Media & SMS
Create social media captions and campaign-related content.
Write SMS messaging that supports marketing and promotional initiatives.
Adapt messaging to platform-specific audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
Support multi-channel campaigns through cohesive messaging execution.
Partnerships & Event Copy
Develop messaging for brand collaborations, influencer campaigns, and promotional launches.
Write communications supporting events and partnership initiatives.
Ensure campaign messaging aligns with broader marketing objectives and timelines.
Brand Voice & Strategy
Partner with leadership to refine and strengthen the company’s brand voice.
Contribute ideas for storytelling, seasonal campaigns, and brand-building initiatives.
Maintain consistency across all customer-facing communications.
Support long-term brand development through strategic messaging and creative copy.
Qualifications Experience
2+ years of experience as a copywriter.
Experience writing email marketing campaigns.
Experience creating paid advertising copy across digital channels.
Experience developing website, landing page, and product description content.
Experience supporting social media and SMS marketing initiatives.
Experience working with marketing calendars, creative briefs, and multi-channel campaigns.
Experience supporting consumer, lifestyle, fashion, luxury, or related brands is preferred.
Qualifications Skills
Strong portfolio demonstrating email, paid advertising, website, and social media copy.
Exceptional copywriting and storytelling abilities.
Strong understanding of brand voice development and messaging consistency.
Ability to balance commercial performance objectives with emotional storytelling.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to content quality.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong collaboration skills when working with marketing, creative, and leadership teams.
