We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Social & Content Manager to lead the planning, creation, and distribution of Weave’s social presence and content ecosystem.
This role sits at the center of how our brand shows up in the market—owning social strategy, driving content creation, and ensuring content is effectively distributed, amplified, and optimized across channels. You will translate high-level priorities into clear plans, manage workflows, and work across internal teams, contractors, and external agencies to scale content production and impact.
The ideal candidate is both a strong strategist and operator—someone who understands how to build and grow a modern content engine that drives demand, supports customers, and expands our partner ecosystem.
This position will be hybrid (remote/in office) based out of our Lehi, UT HQ.
Reports to: Head of Content & Marketing Campaigns
Own and evolve Weave’s social strategy across key platforms, with a focus on consistency, quality, and growth
Translate business and marketing priorities into a clear, actionable social and content plan
Define content themes, formats, and posting cadence aligned with brand and messaging
Ensure a strong, consistent voice across all social channels
Identify opportunities to expand reach, engagement, and content performance
Develop content concepts and creative approaches aligned with strategic priorities and audience needs
Lead ongoing testing of content formats, messaging, and distribution strategies
Optimize content based on performance signals, including engagement, pipeline contribution, and broader business impact
Support development of corporate thought leadership, brand narratives, and solution-based storytelling
Build content as a scalable engine that supports:
Demand creation
Customer retention and lifecycle expansion
Partner ecosystem growth
Lead distribution of content across social and related channels to maximize visibility and impact
Extend the life of core content (video, written, and campaigns) through repurposing and sequencing
Ensure content is tailored appropriately for each platform and audience
Coordinate publishing schedules and maintain a consistent cadence
Continuously refine how content is packaged and delivered for performance
Develop and execute storytelling strategies that leverage a mix of voices and perspectives
Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and external contributors to bring stories to market
Support amplification of content through:
Industry influencers and opinion leaders
Strategic partners and collaborators
Internal champions and spokespeople
Ensure storytelling is cohesive across channels while tailored to each audience and platform
Develop and execute a strategy to optimize content for AI-driven discovery and search (AEO)
Identify opportunities to structure content for visibility across AI-powered platforms and search experiences
Ensure content is created and formatted to align with evolving search and discovery behaviors
Partner with content and SEO stakeholders to integrate AEO into broader content strategy
Continuously test and refine approaches to improve discoverability and long-term content value
Own end-to-end execution of social content and supporting initiatives from planning through delivery
Build and manage content calendars, timelines, and workflows
Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment and on-time execution
Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks to keep work on track
Ensure all outputs meet quality standards and align with brand and messaging
Partner closely with internal teams to align content with broader marketing initiatives
Work with contractors and external agencies to scale content production and execution
Manage communication, timelines, and deliverables across contributors
Ensure clear ownership and visibility across all active workstreams
Oversee execution of social-first content across formats (short-form video, posts, supporting assets)
Streamline production workflows to increase output and efficiency
Build and maintain systems for tracking content, approvals, and publishing
Improve processes to reduce manual work and enable scalable execution
4–6+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, or related roles
Strong understanding of social platforms, content formats, and distribution strategies
Experience developing content strategy and executing across multiple channels
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent written communication and storytelling ability
Experience working with external agencies or contractors
Experience scaling content programs and production workflows
Familiarity with SEO and emerging AEO strategies
Experience working with video and short-form content
Strategic thinker with strong execution skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong instincts for content, storytelling, and audience engagement
Proactive and solution-oriented
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative and team-focused
