$44.15 - $66.25The Senior Specialist will lead the development and execution of external communications for The Pearl, advancing Advocate Health’s position as a national leader in innovation districts. Reporting to the Director of Innovation Districts Communications within the Academic, Research & Innovation Districts Communications team, this role will drive earned and owned media strategies that elevate The Pearl’s visibility, amplify its impact and showcase the people, partnerships and progress shaping the district.
You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and delivering compelling stories and integrated campaigns that reflect the scale and ambition of Advocate Health’s innovation districts ecosystem. The Senior Specialist will engage key audiences through thoughtful, strategic communications that strengthen reputation, build awareness and support enterprise priorities—bringing The Pearl’s vision to life through clear, consistent and high-impact storytelling.
