Our Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD) is one of the most innovative divisions within Caterpillar. In PSLD, as within all of Caterpillar, our priority is our customers and helping them build a better world. We touch nearly every element of the services value stream. PSLD is responsible for Aftermarket Parts Distribution of Cat Parts, Integrated Logistics and Global Services supporting Caterpillar dealers and customers. Our teams work together in critical areas that leverage digital capabilities, technology and operational excellence.

As a Creative Specialist (Video Producer), you will produce video content, using a variety of techniques and software, for use in electronic communications (e.g. promotions, advertisements, and instructional materials) distributed through a variety of media outlets.

What You Will Do:

• Create informative and entertaining graphics, photographs, audio, video, and other visual elements for visual communication media within the field. 
• Interprets customers' project needs into feasible creative ideas and information; provides recommendations in the creative production process. 
• Participates in the collection of customer needs for creative work and gives suggestions on the implementation of strategic plans for creative execution. 
• Adhere to the company’s brand voice and appeal to the target audience to increase public engagement 


What You Have (Basic Requirements):
• Education Requirement: Associate’s or technical degree, preferably in graphic design, multimedia or video production 

• Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions. 
 

• Collaborating: Knowledge of collaborative techniques; ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner. 
 

• Creativity: Knowledge of the approaches, tools, and techniques for promoting creative, original thinking and ability to apply it to a variety of business situations. 
 

• Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. 

 
• Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

Summary Pay Range:

$89,210.00 - $133,810.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
