Fan Marketing Manager

Play an instrumental role in giving the stage to our fans and help us turn LEGO fandom into a wider podium to inspire LEGO® creativity, advocacy, innovation, and social interaction for our brand and amongst our audiences.
Our fandom is growing, and we want to help energize, inspire, and support fans and local fan communities by offering unique, mutually beneficial marketing collaborations and partnership opportunities.
We’re looking for a Fan Marketing Manager to help integrate fan-created content into global campaigns while strengthening the integration of Fan Marketing activity with local markets, ensuring alignment across the Fan Marketing team and key stakeholders.
Please note, there is no relocation support for this role.
Core Responsibilities
Identify opportunities to integrate Fan Marketing into global campaigns and other marketing initiatives, working closely with Owned channels (LEGO.com, LEGO Play) and Earned channels (PR, social media, influencer)
Own the end-to-end integration of local market Fan Creator activity into the global program ensuring clear stakeholder management
Support the expansion of a diverse Fan Creator program through market discovery optimized recruitment strategy
Facilitate and participate in regular cross-functional meetings to ensure strong alignment across the LEGO ecosystem
Support Fan Creator content briefs from the LEGO Agency and other production teams, ensuring strategic use of creator talent to deliver strong content outcomes
Manage our pool of 140+ Recognized LEGO Fan Creators — including database maintenance and relationship building
Foster a smooth, structured and collaborative operational environment that enables the Fan Marketing team to deliver effectively
Input to the development and improvement of operational processes as part of wider Fandom program development

Digital Consumer Engagement (DCE) is accountable for the creation, growth, and engagement of our owned channels across the kids, adult, and family audiences. These experiences are a core part of the wider Digital Ecosystem that ties together all digital LEGO® experiences in meaningful ways which creates deeper consumer engagement and improved consumer life-time value.
Do you have what it takes?
Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
Interest in creator marketing, fandom communities and talent management.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once.
Experience in a creative agency or project management environment is a plus.
Fluency in English (our primary office language).
Based in our Billund office, we work hybrid which is 3 days in the office per week.
