Job Description
Join the LEGO Group as the Senior Associate for Media Planning in Western Europe. Help craft the future of data-driven marketing at one of the world’s most beloved brands. In this role you will support in delivering data-driven, high-impact media campaigns that connect the LEGO Group with millions of fans/customers across key markets: Germany, UK, France, Iberia, Belgium, Netherlands and Nordics.
This role combines critical thinking, cross-functional teamwork, and deep expertise to help build our media approach in a fast-evolving digital world
As a media expert in Western Europe, you’ll guide campaign strategy and execution, foster strong internal and external partnerships, and ensure our media investments deliver against both brand and commercial goals.

Core Responsibilities
Media Strategy & Vision – Support in driving and executing the LEGO Group’s media strategy for the Western Europe region, ensuring alignment with brand, marketing, and business objectives across channels and other teams. Including championing a data-driven, consumer-centric approach to media planning and buying that drives both long-term brand equity and short-term performance.
Investment Stewardship & Governance - Ensure global standard are followed and met, delivering the strongest return the for the LEGO Group
Stakeholder & Executive Influence - Serve as a subject matter expert within the region for paid media, engaging with leadership, Brand Manager, key stakeholders, and external partners to drive alignment and advocacy.
Innovation, Tech & Ecosystem Strategy - Stay at the forefront of industry trends, technologies, and platforms (e.g., AI, retail media, cookie deprecation) to future-proof our digital media strategy.
Do you have what it takes?
Shown experience in paid media, across digital and traditional channels.
Knowledge of the media landscape, ad tech ecosystem, and evolving privacy/regulatory environment. Along with consistent record of campaign deployment.
Shown success of media planning excellence, and driving strong campaign performance.
Strong record of handling media agency relationships internally and externally.
Effective executive presence, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and inspire cross-functional teams.
A dedication to purpose-driven, ethical marketing in line with the LEGO Group’s values and mission .
English language both written and spoken at a professional proficiency level is important.
Ability to work 3 days from our office in Copenhagen (2 days working from home)
