Serve as primary internal communications business partner to G&A functions (Finance/Accounting, Human Resources, IT, Legal, and Operations), advising on messaging, timing, and channel strategy
Ensure alignment of functional communications with enterprise priorities, leadership messaging, and company narrative
Establish and manage a structured intake and prioritization process for internal communications requests across G&A functions
Develop and execute integrated internal communications plans for key initiatives and milestones
Create engaging content and tailor it across internal channels (i.e., intranet, email, town halls) to deliver cohesive, multi-channel storytelling
Drive focus on high-impact communications while reducing noise, redundancy, and message fatigue
Ensure messaging consistency, tone, and voice across all internal communications
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and provide counsel on messaging and communication approaches
Monitor effectiveness of internal communications and recommend improvements based on feedback and engagement metrics

A combination of relevant education and training and 12+ years of communications experience, with a strong focus on internal communications and/or corporate communications OR
Bachelor's degree, preferably in English, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or related field or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience and 8+ years of communications experience, with a strong focus on internal communications and/or corporate communications OR
Master’s degree in related field or MBA preferred or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience and 6+ years of similar experience noted above
Strong business acumen with ability to understand corporate functions and enterprise priorities
Demonstrated experience in internal communications and employee engagement
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise messaging
Experience building communications strategies for cross-functional initiatives
Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
Experience managing communications intake and prioritization processes
Familiarity with digital/internal communications channels and engagement best practices
Creative thinker with ability to develop actionable and scalable communications programs
Initiative-taking, highly organized, and detail-oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Positive, collaborative mindset with ability to influence without authority

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $148,500.00-$203,000.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 30% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
