Senior Developer Relations Manager - Healthcare

NVIDIA · Israel, Tel Aviv

We’re looking for a dynamic Developer Relations Manager who is passionate about supporting and scaling the AI-native healthcare, digital biology, and genomics ecosystem. In this role, you’ll work directly with engineering teams, researchers, and technical leaders. They come from enterprise healthcare organizations, biotech companies, start up's, and research institutions. You will help them compose, build, and deploy accelerated AI solutions using NVIDIA platforms. This position is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation who enjoys working at the intersection of life sciences and computer science. The role involves solving complex engineering problems and helping developers succeed in transforming human health.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to the healthcare and life sciences ecosystem. Understand their critical workloads like drug discovery using AI, large-scale genomic sequencing, and clinical medical imaging. Guide technical enablement across the NVIDIA stack.

  • Partner with ecosystem developers to integrate NVIDIA specialized platforms. These include NVIDIA Clara, BioNeMo, and Parabricks. This enables co-innovation and the development of next-generation AI solutions for biotech, clinical, and hospital applications.

  • Map, build, and expand a rich ecosystem of strategic healthcare partners and developers. Champion NVIDIA technologies, track healthcare AI trends, and multiply growth opportunities across the industry.

  • Work closely with partner engineering teams, technical leaders, and decision-makers. Unpack goals and tackle complex technical challenges like multimodal data integration, secure clinical model deployment, and high-performance computing constraints. Endorse protocols for successful integrations.

  • Advocate for the healthcare developer's technical needs. Funnel feedback to NVIDIA’s product and engineering teams. Supply actionable insights from field deployments to influence healthcare-specific product roadmaps.

What We Need To See:

  • BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or an AI-related field or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of overall industry experience in software engineering, developer relations, or technical partnerships, including 2+ years of hands-on experience applying AI/ML to healthcare, life sciences, or genomics.

  • Proven experience leading technical partnerships and ecosystem engagement. You have a deep understanding of the outstanding data privacy and infrastructure challenges in healthcare AI, including HIPAA compliance and federated learning.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills enable you to connect complex life science concepts with AI engineering. You can explain these ideas clearly to diverse audiences, including computational biologists and enterprise executives.

  • Proven ability to structure and implement complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and collaborate with internal or external customers across cross-functional teams.

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd:

  • Deep familiarity with NVIDIA’s healthcare platforms, including BioNeMo (for generative AI in biology), Clara (for medical imaging/devices), and/or Parabricks (for accelerated genomics).

  • Experience driving developer adoption or leading technical teamworks within biotech, digital health, medtech, or pharmaceutical enterprises at scale.

  • Hands-on experience with foundational biological models, structural biology tools (e.g., AlphaFold workflows), or processing massive genomic, clinical, or electronic health record (EHR) datasets.

  • A builder attitude with a passion for using technology and community engagement to solve global health, clinical, and biological challenges.

NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers! We have some of the most forward-thinking and hardworking people in the world working for us. If you're creative, autonomous, and passionate about the future of AI in medicine, we want to hear from you!
