The Customer Success & Partner Marketing team at Salesforce drives awareness, engagement, and growth across our Success and partner ecosystem. As a Product Marketing Senior Specialist, you will own four core program areas - social, webinars, events, and launches - bringing marketing instincts, strong storytelling, and a commitment to quality to every program you touch. This is a hybrid role with three days in office each week.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
Own and execute the social content strategy for Customer Success and Professional Services, including content calendar development, brand voice consistency, and stakeholder collaboration
Lead end-to-end webinar execution - from speaker identification and prep to talk tracks, run-of-show documents, registration strategy, and performance reporting
Drive demo booth readiness and on-site execution at Agentforce World Tour and key field events, managing speakers, content updates, dry runs, and logistics in partnership with field and regional teams
Steward go-to-market launch execution for Success Plan workshops, courses, and certifications, developing messaging, internal comms, and enablement assets while building toward independent launch ownership
You're Our Person If...
You have 3-5 years of product marketing, content marketing, or integrated marketing experience in business-to-business (B2B) software-as-a-service (SaaS) or enterprise technology
You have demonstrated end-to-end ownership of webinar or event programs
You bring strong written communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences
You have experience using artificial intelligence (AI) tools such as Copilot, Claude, or Gemini to accelerate content creation, drafting, or workflow efficiency
Even Better If...
You have experience supporting go-to-market launches for SaaS products, learning programs, or certifications
You are familiar with the Salesforce customer success or partner ecosystem
You have used tools like Canva, Slack Canvas, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build or contribute to scalable content workflows
You have experience with event and webinar platforms such as Cvent or Zoom Webinars
